ACS provides care coordination and management solutions supporting state-administered Medicaid managed care, managed care behavioral health, and long-term care (LTC) programs. Our areas of expertise include: Primary Care Case Management (PCCM) administration; provider network administration; provider and member outreach and education; provider, member, and clinical help lines; utilization management and quality improvement; and EPSDT program monitoring.
ACS also administers programs focusing on clinical, case, and disease management in addition to managing wellness programs. ACS' LTC care management solutions incorporate the single-point-of-entry approach, which offers person-centered, unbiased, and understandable explanations of options, decision points, and actions to take. This approach provides a series of administrative supports and systems to help consumers use services and help state personnel operate LTC programs.
